1 – 10 Count Kicking

For Black Belt Candidates

Every move starts on a 45 degree angle with an x block overhead.  The leg that is kicking is the hand that should strike so it should be on the outside.  That is the hand that will do a chop that is level to the shoulder.  Feet should be together when in the x-block.

1/2- Side Kick

3/4 – Round House

5/6 – Hook Round

7/8 – Slow Side Kick

9/10 – Side Kick Double Round
