Friday night will begin at 6:00 pm and will be Sparring and drills and finish with a challenging fitness workout. We will not be running as we usually do, but do bring running shoes and clothes for whatever we decide to throw at you!

 Saturday morning begins at 9:00 am with Kata and Weapons and concludes with board breaking.  Full gi is required.

Be prepared, rested and well fueled. Be mindful of your fluid intake in the days leading up to the power weekend.

Prepare for victory! Be confident in your abilities and skills. You have worked hard and prepared for this!
